This is a concern for me because it is a bad reflection on you and your business - not my business - YOUR business. If you need a little more time to pay your invoices please just let me know. I can work with you. But on the other hand please don't take advantage of my helping you and make it a monthly thing. I will grant every client up to 3 times per year to use the "Grace Period" of an extra 5 days to pay their invoices IF you contact me after your FINAL notice is sent and your account is set to "Suspended". You may NOT request this "Grace Period" until AFTER you recieve your final notice. I give plenty of time to remind you that your hosting fee is coming up. Also please remember there is a $1.00 late fee for unpaid invoices if your account is suspended. Also if you are just lettting your account go unpaid because you just want to let it go - please CANCEL it - don't just let it sit there.
